Motorola Edge 50 Ultra: Design, Key Specs, and Colours Leaked Ahead of Launch

The much-awaited Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is set to hit the markets soon. It is expected to arrive alongside other models from the Motorola Edge 50 series. While the debut date of the Motorola Edge 50 Pro is confirmed, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion has recently appeared online.

A report suggests that all three models could be unveiled globally at the same time. The report also includes design renders, key features, and color options of the rumored Motorola Edge 50 Ultra.

According to details shared by Android Headlines, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is set to be released in three attractive colors – Peach Fuzz, Black, and Beige. These color options were showcased in the design renders, with the possibility of the device being marketed as the Moto X50 Ultra in select markets. The Moto X50 Ultra has already stirred the China market, with official teasers hinting at the expected launch date.

The leaked design renders give us a glimpse into the sleek aesthetics of the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, with the date “3rd April” displayed on the lock screen. This aligns with earlier leaks surrounding the Edge 50 Pro, indicating a possible simultaneous launch. The design appears to have similarities with the Edge 50 Pro, featuring a faux leather back panel in peach and black variants, while the beige option boasts a textured rear panel for added flair.

The device is expected to come with a robust camera setup with three camera sensors and an LED flash, all housed within a rectangular rear module. According to rumors, the camera setup will include a 50-megapixel sensor with support for 5x optical zoom, and laser autofocus technology for enhanced precision.

The front display is expected to be a curved OLED panel with a hole punched in the center to accommodate the front camera sensor. The physical buttons for volume and power control are positioned along the device’s edges, while the bottom edge hosts the SIM tray, speakers, microphone, and USB Type-C port.

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is expected to debut with the latest Android 14-based Hello UI for seamless user experience. The device is also expected to receive OS upgrades for three years.

With an expected price tag of around $999, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra aims to deliver a premium smartphone experience to consumers worldwide. Now all we do is wait for Motorola to announce the official release date.
