Micromax ‘In’ Series Smartphones to be Launched Soon, Reported Having MediaTek Helio G35 and Helio G85 SoCs

Micromax ‘In’ series smartphones are soon set to hit the Indian market. Micromax took to its official Twitter handle on Tuesday to announce the processor details of its ‘In’ series phones. The ‘In’ series smartphones come with MediaTek Helio G35 and Helio G85 SoCs. According to reports, these phones will be launched in India by November 3.

Speculations say that these phones would be equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery and up to 3 rear cameras. Micromax’s new ‘In’ series phones will be a great competitor to Realme and Xiaomi phones. In the latest video, Microsoft India posted the highlights and features of the ‘In’ series phones, which mainly included the presence of MediaTek Helio G35 and Helio G85 SoCs.

MediaTek Helio G85 SoC is a game-centered processor that was launched in May. It has already been used in phones, including Realme Narzo 20 and Redmi Note 9. MediaTek Helio G35 was launched in June and used in budget smartphones models like Realme C11, Redmi 9, and Poco C3. According to the report by The Mobile Indian, the upcoming Micromax phones might contain both the new MediaTek chipsets.

The report further suggests that the new series’ budget model smartphones would come with 6.5 – inch HD+ display and equipped with up to 3 GB of RAM and up to 32 GB of internal storage. The phones might also have a dual rear camera system along with a 5,000 mAh battery. The next advanced model that uses Helio G85 SoC might come with a triple rear camera system.

Rahul Sharma, the co-founder of Micromax has told in an interview with Gadgets 360 that the price/cost of the new series smartphones would range between Rs. 7,000 and Rs. 25,000. Another great feature the consumers can expect is the absence of any bloatware apps or ads in the new series phones to give a complete nearly stock Android phone experience to its users. Many Android users will be pleased by this feature, as bloatware and ads are mostly considered annoying.

Consumers can expect some more details or features of the upcoming Micromax phones soon, as the launch of Micromax ‘In’ series smartphones is just a week away. Microsoft India will make these announcements on its official website or Twitter handle. Keep watching this space for more updates.
