Early Life

Born as David Oliver Sacks, he celebrates his birthday on May 25. He was born in the year 1972 and he was born in Cape Town, South Africa.

However, soon after his birth, the family immigrated to the U.S. and settled down in Tennessee. This happened when David was 5.
