Halloween Moments deals in a product, the demand for which increases only during Halloween. The kits are priced at $10 and are available in retail stores. However, Daryl increases the price of the product when selling them online. This is done to cover the shipping charges.
As far as the manufacturing cost is concerned, it takes just $1.78 per unit. Due to its low manufacturing cost, the product had the potential to generate good profit.
On the show, Daryl revealed that he collected funds worth $800,000 for his business, causing the sharks to gasp. The sharks found it difficult to believe that a company like Halloween Moments needed such a significant amount of investment.
Daymond John concluded that the business had multiple partners which helped them raise such a big amount. According to him, it was a liability and therefore he backed out from the deal. He said he didn’t want to risk his money in the deal.
Mark Cuban also agreed with Daymond John and decided to quit the deal. He said that the business was too risky. One after another, all the sharks rejected the deal without making an offer.
Despite not getting any funds from Shark Tank, Halloween Moments is still in business. At present, the pumpkin glove scraper kits are available at retail stores like Walmart. The product is also available on the official website and Amazon marketplace.

The pumpkin glove scraper kit is easy to use. It consists of a cutter on the top which helps cut the inside part of a pumpkin. The glove, on the other hand, is made of nylon material to protect users’ hands from pumpkin water. The glove’s fingers feature a blade and plastic scoop.
