The first season of Vox Machina premiered in 2022 and the second one in 2023, so it hasn’t been long since the creators wrapped up the release of the second season.
Expecting a third season right after they have wrapped up the second one seems too much of a stretch at this point. With how hopeful the showrunners have been about the show’s future, we are hopeful that things will pan out just like everyone expected and they will return with a new season sometime in the future.
Some rumors do indicate a possible 2024 release, which would match the release schedule that the series has been following until now.
But, all that said, nothing is set in stone yet, so it would be interesting to see how things progress and what we get to know about Vox Machina Season 3.
Season 3 is set to adapt the Critical Role campaign’s third arc, the Briarwood Arc. In this arc, Vox Machina will face off against their most powerful enemies yet, including the evil vampire lord Orthax and his undead bride, Lady Briarwood.
To be fair, it’s extremely difficult to depict what the new season has in store, especially with so much uncertainty around it.
