Vladimir Duthiers was born on 21st December 1969, in New York City. His parents were originally from Haiti but of French descent. This is why Vladimir is fluent in multiple languages, including English, Haitian Creole, and French. Due to his partial French-Chinese ancestry, he is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Coming to his education, he attended the University of Rhode Island, where he initially studied journalism, but later switched to political science.
