Vivo Launches V30 and V30 Pro in India: Here’s What You Need to Know

Vivo has officially unveiled its latest offerings, the Vivo V30 Pro and Vivo V30, in India today. These smartphones, previously introduced in Indonesia, are making their debut in the Indian market with similar specifications and features to the global models.

Both the Vivo V30 Pro and Vivo V30 boast impressive features, including curved 1.5K displays and 50-megapixel front cameras. The phones are also equipped with 80W fast charging and Android 14-based user interface. These models will be available for purchase later this month.

The Vivo V30 Pro is available in Classic Black and Andaman Blue colors. It has two variants – 12GB + 512GB and 8GB + 256 GB. The former variant is priced at Rs. 41,999, and the latter starts at Rs. 46,999. 

The base Vivo V30, on the other hand, is available in Peacock Green, Classic Black, and Andaman Blue colors. It has three variants – 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB. The most basic variant is priced at Rs. 33,999, the second variant is Rs. 35,999, and the third variant starts at Rs. 37,999.

Both Vivo V30 Pro and Vivo V30 will be available for purchase starting 14th March at Vivo India e-store, Flipkart, and other offline stores. Customers will be able to pre-book the models from 7th March onwards.

Online buyers are entitled to a flat 10% discount with HDFC or SBI cards, and no-cost EMI up to six months. They might also be eligible for an exchange discount of up to Rs. 4,000. 

Mainline store buyers can avail of 10% instant cashback, no-cost EMI for up to 8 months, and 40 percent off on Vivo’s V-Shield plan. 

Both the models come with 6.78-inch curved 1.5K AMOLED displays with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz refresh rate, 2,800 nits peak brightness, and 300Hz touch sampling rate. 

The base Vivo V30 is equipped with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, while the Pro model uses a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset. They have support for 512GB of storage and 12GB of RAM. Both run on Android 14-based FunTouchOS 14. 

The handsets are packed with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a second 50-megapixel sensor. For selfie lovers, both models have a 50-megapixel selfie camera. The Vivo V30 Pro also has an additional 50-megapixel portrait camera. 

Both the Vivo V30 Pro and Vivo V30 have in-display fingerprint scanners for security. The Pro model supports Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, while the base variant has Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity.

With these impressive features and offers, the Vivo V30 and V30 Pro aim to capture the hearts of smartphone enthusiasts in India, promising an excellent blend of performance, style, and innovation.
