Throughout the 2010s, Graham led Alpine to manage larger funds and enter sectors like services, healthcare, and software. In the same decade, Graham also launched his famous “CEO-in-Training” (CIT) program that trained people with leadership quality but limited experience to create CEO roles Portfolio companies.

He was also teaching as a lecturer at Stanford Graduate School of Business and taking classes on Strategic Leadership. The actual year of his joining is nowhere mentioned, but he supposedly spent good years of teaching here because he was awarded with “Stanford GSB Distinguished Teaching Award.”
