Crisda Rodriguez or Kyrzayda Rodriguez was born on 18th August, 1987 in the Dominican Republic and later moved to the USA along with her family when she was 3 years old. She was raised in Paterson, New Jersey, and her life had a strong cultural influence of Dominican root as well as the American lifestyle.

Her parents, Pedro F. Rodriguez and Isabel Cruz raised her, teaching her the values of hard work and determination.  Since her childhood, she has found her interest in fitness, lifestyle, and fashion, which has shaped her future and career. Crisda launched her own fashion and lifestyle blog in 2013, and it turned out to be a wise call on her side. She started writing and sharing about the outfit inspiration and fitness routines, along with sharing about her personal life.
